HEIM 105 is a small office desk for a working corner at home. It measures 105 cm (41.3 in) across and 50 cm (19.7 in) deep, with a height of 75 cm (29.5 in), giving you a defined workspace with a modest footprint.
At the end of the day, two drawers let you put work essentials away and leave the top clear. Each birch plywood drawer runs on traditional solid oak slides, while grips cut into the fronts keep their outline simple and free of separate handles.
Natural oak veneer gives the body and top a real wood surface over a hardwood lumber core, known as blockboard. The sides, fronts and legs use solid oak, so the same wood carries through the parts you see around the desk.
Natural fronts let the oak continue across the face of the desk, while white or black fronts introduce matte water-based lacquer. The natural wood receives matte hard wax oil and stays unstained. When the oiled surface needs freshening, you can do that at home without special tools.
As each desk is made to order, we can alter its size and drawer arrangement to suit your space and the way you work. An open niche is an option for things you like to keep in view, and soft-close drawers offer a gentler close. A different finish or gloss level can also be requested.
The legs are removed for shipping and numbered, so you can match them to the right positions. With the included assembly kit, putting them in place should take up to 10 minutes.
