Product description
Key facts
- HEIM 105 is a small desk in solid American walnut with 2 drawers.
- Top measures 105 cm (41.3 in) across.
- Solid walnut top can be sanded and refinished.
- Cut-out grips in the drawer fronts.
- Soft-close drawers on request.
This small desk measures 105 cm (41.3 in) across, 50 cm (19.7 in) deep and 75 cm (29.5 in) high, giving you a small footprint to work into your room. The top measures 1.9 cm (0.75 in) thick, so the edge above the drawers has a slim profile. Custom dimensions are possible if your space calls for a different fit.
Solid American walnut forms the body and legs as well as the drawer fronts. The wood is left unstained, with its natural color retained in the body and top.
Natural fronts keep the walnut on show; matte white or black water-based lacquer lets you bring a little color into the piece. Cut-out grips leave these fronts free of separate handles. Behind them, the two birch plywood drawers run on traditional solid oak slides.
Caring for the matte hard wax oil finish is something you can do at home, refreshing it without special tools. The solid top also allows sanding and refinishing if it is ever damaged, giving you a way to restore the surface over time. You can also request another finish or gloss level to suit the furniture around it.
We make this piece to order, including options for an open niche or a different drawer arrangement if you prefer some things in view. Soft-close drawers can also be requested for a gentler close.
The legs are detached and numbered for assembly with the included kit, so you can see where each one belongs. Fitting them should take up to 10 minutes.
