I can't say enough good things about the customer service and the level of design and craft from the Mo Woodwork team, not to mention how well-packed their furniture was when it arrived. It's evident they've thought about every detail—the look, the tactile elements, even cord management. I was initially hesitant to order a large, high-value item internationally, but I'm so happy I did. If you're on the fence, stop. Go for it. You won't regret it.

Dawid kept us updated on progress throughout the entire journey. We were also so impressed with the care that went in to packaging the table to ensure safe delivery. I love my Mo Woodwork custom dresser. I have a very small apartment and wanted a mid-century style dresser but required a short height and longer width. Dawid was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. The dresser came out just as I had hoped. It was packed meticulously and arrived without a scratch all the way from Poland to Boston. I couldn't be happier.

I bought the FUSE turntable stand and could not be any more thrilled with it. I asked the team to customize it for me (adding a drawer and extending the width and height a bit) and it completely met my vision. the quality is unreal and wood quality, chef's kiss. They really thought everything through. It arrived in Chicago with no dings or issues. There was a bit of extra paperwork at customs but the customer service team helped me work it out. This delayed the delivery by about 5 days. We literally could not find anything like this in the USA. I did buy this as a birthday present to myself and was fine with the price since it will 100% be a family heirloom. I did not need another handbag (LOL). No reason to hesitate buying from Mo and team.

The desk is GORGEOUS. Very high quality and exactly as described on Etsy. It arrived quite quick, although not on the day it should have been delivered, but that was fine. It was quite easy to install the desk and it looks great in my home. Thanks for the great service and craftmanship!
