Our story

Discover our beginnings

Mo Woodwork is a story of friendship and shared passion. The concept of designing timeless furniture was born in Michał’s mind during a walk along a Parisian promenade and matured in his hometown of Stalowa Wola. This is where we turned a dream into reality, and on June 1, 2016, we opened the Mo Woodwork carpentry workshop—the beginning of a journey filled with challenges and passion.

Creativity

Mo Woodwork became our space for creative expression. Before that, we explored different art forms – painting, film, and music. Eventually, we channeled all our creative energy into designing and crafting furniture inspired by mid-century style.

Challenges

Creativity quickly had to face reality – logistics, production, and acquiring customers. We learned how to balance the joy of creation with the challenges of running a business. The early days were demanding – filled with obstacles, but also invaluable lessons.

Rewarding experience

As our passion and vision began transforming into tangible pieces earning five-star reviews, we gained even more motivation to keep going. We remain immensely proud that furniture from our small workshop in Stalowa Wola finds its way into homes around the world.
