Additional Information on the Right of Withdrawal

A consumer customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the customer took possession of the item or the day on which a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the customer, took possession of the item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., letter sent by post or email). You may use the withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.

Our products are covered by a 24-month warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. To use the warranty, please retain your proof of purchase and contact our customer service team.

In addition to the warranty, the buyer is entitled to statutory warranty rights for physical and legal defects of the goods, as specified in the Civil Code.
