Terms of Sale

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms apply to every order placed at mowoodwork.com, by e-mail or by phone. We wrote them in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to us before you order.

In short

  • Handmade in Poland. We make our furniture in our workshop in Stalowa Wola, Poland.
  • Delivery time: each product page shows the production time; we deliver within 2 weeks after it ends, counted from receipt of your payment (for example, made in 8-12 weeks, delivered within 14 weeks of payment). Ready to ship pieces are in stock: we deliver them within 10 business days of payment in Europe (EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Iceland) and within 15 business days to other countries. Custom pieces: the delivery time in your quote.
  • Free delivery to 40 countries, with all import duties and taxes paid by us (DDP), so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Courier delivery with tracking.
  • Custom sizes, wood and finish on request, with a free design and quote.
  • 30 days to return standard products, no reason needed. This includes pieces made to order from the sizes, woods and finishes on our product pages. You pay the return shipping; the maximum cost is in section 6. Custom pieces (your own dimensions, layout, wood or finish outside those options) have no right of withdrawal; we tell you this before you order. Your rights for defects apply to every piece.
  • Guarantee: 5 years on the whole piece, in every country we deliver to, on top of your statutory rights.
  • Payment: cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, bank transfer and local methods such as BLIK or iDEAL.

1. Who we are

  1. The seller is Mo Furniture Marcin Wakszyński, Michał Bis spółka cywilna (a Polish civil partnership), ul. Targowa 7, 37-450 Stalowa Wola, Poland. VAT ID (NIP): PL8652563325, REGON: 364546607, BDO: 000351058. We sell under the brand Mo Woodwork.
  2. The partnership is run by two partners, who are jointly and severally liable to you: Michał Bis, trading as Pracownia embe Michał Bis, ul. Targowa 7, 37-450 Stalowa Wola, NIP 8652558867, REGON 180982609; and Marcin Wakszyński, trading as TECHTOP MARCIN WAKSZYŃSKI, ul. Rzeszowska 10, 37-400 Nisko, NIP 6020041347, REGON 180419802. Both are registered in CEIDG, the Polish business register.
  3. Contact: hello@mowoodwork.com, +48 733 296 777, Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:00 Polish time (CET/CEST), or by post to the address in point 1. We handle orders, complaints and service in English, Polish and the language of the store version you order from.
  4. "You" means the customer. A "consumer" buys outside their business. If you are a sole trader and the purchase is not of a professional nature for you (we look in particular at the business activity registered for you, for example in CEIDG), you have the consumer rights in sections 6 and 7, and section 8 point 2 does not apply to you. If this does not follow from the order, you may tell us at the latest when you order, for example in the order note or by e-mail, whether the purchase is professional for you or not. You can order without making this statement.

2. Ordering

  1. Online. Choose a product, add it to the cart and go to checkout. Before you pay, checkout shows all order details, including the total price, the delivery cost and the production time. Until you press the final button, you can check and correct your details directly in the checkout fields, and change products or quantities in your cart. You do not need an account. Pressing the final button at checkout places an order with an obligation to pay.
  2. By e-mail or phone. Tell us the model, size, wood and finish. We reply with the price, the production and delivery time, the payment details, these terms and the withdrawal instructions with the withdrawal form, and send you an order summary with a secure payment link. By paying through this link you place an order with an obligation to pay.
  3. Custom pieces. Tell us what you need: dimensions, wood, finish, layout, or space for your turntable, amplifier or computer. We prepare a free design (drawing or description) and a quote. The quote shows the price, the advance payment, the delivery date and that there is no right of withdrawal for the piece. You order by accepting the quote by e-mail and paying the full price or the advance.
  4. Small changes, such as a finish colour outside our options, are often free. Larger changes, such as new dimensions or a different structure, are quoted individually. A new price or date applies only if you agree.
  5. When the contract starts. Your online order is an offer to buy. We accept it with the order confirmation e-mail, which our shop sends automatically right after your order; the contract is concluded when you receive it. If we cannot accept your order, we tell you at once and refund any payment without delay, within 14 days at the latest. For orders by e-mail or phone, the contract is concluded when you pay through the payment link (point 2); for custom pieces, when you accept our quote by e-mail (point 3). The order confirmation contains your order details, these terms and the withdrawal instructions with the withdrawal form; please keep it. We store your order details, but not a separate copy of these terms for each order. With a customer account you can see your past orders.
  6. Changes and cancelling before delivery. You can change the order until we tell you by e-mail that production of your piece has started, and the delivery address until we ship. You can cancel a standard product at any time before we ship it; we refund everything you paid within 14 days. For custom pieces, see section 3 point 5.
  7. Faster production. In some cases we can make your piece sooner. Ask us before you order.

3. Prices, taxes and payment

  1. Prices are shown in the currency of your country and are final. They include VAT in the EU, and import duties and taxes in other countries: we ship DDP and pay them for you.
  2. Delivery is free (section 5).
  3. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, bank transfer or local methods such as BLIK, iDEAL or MobilePay. Checkout shows the methods available in your country. Most methods are handled by Shopify Payments; PayPal payments by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg.
  4. Bank transfer: please pay within 7 business days of your order. If the payment does not arrive, we send a reminder with a new deadline. If it still does not arrive, we may cancel the order.
  5. Advance for custom pieces. For a custom piece you pay the full price, or an advance of 50% and the rest before we ship. The advance is part of the price, not a fee. Until we tell you by e-mail that production has started, you can cancel free of charge and we refund everything you paid within 14 days. After that you can still cancel, but we keep only the documented cost of the work already done on your piece and of the materials bought for it that we cannot use for other orders; on request we show you the calculation. We never keep more than you paid, and we refund the rest within 14 days. We refund everything you paid if we cannot make the piece, or if you cancel because we are late (section 4 point 5).
  6. We start production or ship after we receive the payment or the advance.
  7. Invoices. We send a PDF invoice by e-mail. Business customers: enter your company name and VAT ID at checkout to receive a VAT invoice.

4. Production and shipping time

  1. Ready to ship. Pieces marked "Ready to ship" are in stock, usually as a single piece. They leave our workshop within 1-3 business days after payment, and we deliver them within 10 business days of payment in Europe and within 15 business days to other countries.
  2. Made to order. All other pieces are made after you order. Each product page shows the production time when you order, counted from receipt of your payment. We deliver no later than 2 weeks after the end of that time: for example, with 8-12 weeks of production, within 14 weeks of payment. If you pay by bank transfer, the time counts from the day your payment arrives.
  3. Custom pieces. Your quote states the delivery time in weeks. It counts from the later of these two days: the day your payment or advance arrives, and the day you approve the final design by e-mail.
  4. We may update production times on product pages. Your order keeps the time and date confirmed when you ordered.
  5. Delays. If we expect to be late, we tell you at once and propose a new date. It applies only if you agree. If we are late, you can give us a reasonable extra time in writing (e-mail is enough). If we do not deliver within it, you can cancel and we refund everything you paid, without delay and within 14 days. You can cancel at once, without giving us extra time, if we refuse to deliver, or if delivery on time was essential for you because you told us so before ordering or because this was clear from the circumstances when the contract was made. Cancelling does not remove your other rights, including compensation.

5. Delivery

  1. Where we deliver. We deliver to 40 countries: all 27 EU countries; the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Iceland; the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. For other countries, ask us.
  2. Cost. Delivery is free to all 40 countries.
  3. Couriers. We ship with reputable carriers such as FedEx, DHL or TNT. Every shipment is tracked. We e-mail the tracking number on the day we ship. In some cases you can choose the courier - ask us.
  4. Transit time after shipping: Europe 2-6 business days, United States 5-10 business days. It is included in your latest delivery date (section 4).
  5. Delivery address. The courier delivers to the address in your order, usually to your door or the building entrance. In some places you can book delivery into your home for an extra fee - ask us. If you are not at home, the courier leaves a notice or calls you. If the parcel comes back to us, we agree a new delivery date with you.
  6. Assembly. Most pieces arrive fully assembled. Some need simple assembly, such as attaching numbered legs. It takes up to 10 minutes, and the kit is included.
  7. Check the parcel on delivery. Please look at the piece when the courier delivers it. If the packaging or the piece is damaged, note it on the courier's receipt if you can and take photos. Then tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days, so we can claim from the carrier quickly. These steps help us but are not conditions. If you find damage later, you keep all your rights (section 7).
  8. Pickup. You can collect your order from our workshop in Stalowa Wola by appointment.
  9. Outside the EU. We ship DDP: we pay import duties and taxes and handle customs clearance, so you pay nothing on delivery. For US orders over USD 2,500, US customs may ask for extra documents. We prepare them, and you only sign.
  10. The risk of loss or damage stays with us until you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the goods.

6. Returns - 30 days to change your mind

  1. As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 30 days, without giving a reason. The legal minimum is 14 days; we give you 30. You can withdraw from the whole order or from single pieces in it.
  2. The 30 days start when you, or a person you name (not the carrier), receive the goods. For an order in several parcels, they start with the last parcel.
  3. How. Inform us (Mo Furniture s.c., ul. Targowa 7, 37-450 Stalowa Wola, Poland, +48 733 296 777, hello@mowoodwork.com) of your decision by a clear statement, for example a letter or an e-mail. You can use the form in Annex 2, but you do not have to. Sending your statement before the deadline is enough.
  4. Collection. We collect the goods. After you tell us, we agree a collection date with you. Please keep the piece ready and packed so it is not damaged in transit; original packaging is best but not required. You may also return it yourself to the address in point 3, with a reliable carrier or, for small items such as the sample set, by post, within 14 days after telling us. The deadline is met if you send it before the 14 days have passed.
  5. Return cost. You pay the direct cost of returning the piece. Furniture cannot go by ordinary post. The cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately the amount per piece in the table at the end of this section. When we collect a piece, you pay only the actual price of our carrier, never more than the amount in the table, with no handling fee, and we may deduct it from your refund. If you return a piece yourself, you pay your carrier directly. The sample set and other small items can go back by ordinary post at the normal postage cost.
  6. Refund. We refund all payments, including the delivery cost (but not the extra fee for delivery into your home, if you booked it), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your statement. We use the same payment method, unless you agree to another one at no cost to you.
  7. Checking the product. You may unpack and assemble the piece and try it in your room to see how it looks, fits and works. Please do not use it beyond that. If you handle it more than needed to check what it is and how it works, you are responsible for the loss in value that causes. Assembled pieces can be returned. If a part is missing or damaged, please tell us; this is not a condition and does not limit your rights (section 7).
  8. No right of withdrawal for custom pieces. There is no right to withdraw from a custom piece: a piece made to your specification, with dimensions, a layout, a wood or a finish that you choose and that is not one of the options on our product page. We write "Custom piece - no right to withdraw" in your design and quote, and again in your order confirmation. Choosing a size, wood or finish from the options on a product page does not make a piece custom, and neither does made-to-order production. If one order has both kinds of pieces, you can withdraw from the standard ones. Your rights for defects (section 7) apply to custom pieces too.

Maximum return cost per piece, in EUR, including fuel and other carrier surcharges:

Returning from Smaller piece Larger piece
Poland 60 150
Rest of Europe (EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland) 250 700
United States, Canada 1,000 3,000
Other countries 1,300 4,000

Smaller pieces: record player stands, cabinets, coffee tables and desks without a hutch. Larger pieces: dining tables, desks with a hutch, bookshelves, room dividers, DJ booths and FUSE XX. Any other piece counts as a smaller piece. If you return several pieces in one shipment, you pay the actual cost of that shipment, never more than the sum of the amounts per piece.

7. Defects, complaints and guarantee

  1. We are responsible for delivering a piece that matches the contract. For at least 2 years from delivery (longer where the law of your country says so), you have the rights given by the consumer law that applies to you.
  2. How to complain. E-mail hello@mowoodwork.com with your order number, a description and, if possible, photos. You can also complain by phone or post. If photos are not possible, tell us and we arrange another way to check. We confirm each complaint by e-mail. We usually reply within 5 business days, and always within 14 days.
  3. What we do. You can ask us to repair or replace the piece. Before we remedy a defect, we tell you that you can choose between repair and replacement; where the law that applies to you provides for it, choosing repair extends your protection once by 12 months. You can ask for a lower price, or withdraw and get your money back, if we refuse, if we do not fix it within a reasonable time, if the fault remains after repair, if it is so serious that you need not ask for repair or replacement first, or if it is clear that we will not fix it within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to you. You cannot withdraw for a minor fault; a fault is presumed not to be minor. We pay for collection, repair or replacement, re-installation and return. Spare parts (legs, hardware, drawer runners) and repair help are available from us: e-mail hello@mowoodwork.com with your order number and a photo. We do not restrict repairs by other repairers.
  4. Our guarantee (Mo Woodwork Limited Warranty). Warrantor: Mo Furniture s.c., ul. Targowa 7, 37-450 Stalowa Wola, Poland, +48 733 296 777, hello@mowoodwork.com. We guarantee each piece for 5 years from delivery, in every country we deliver to. The guarantee is free: it is included in the price. The guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship of the whole piece: the wood construction (solid wood parts, joints, frame and top, for example cracks, joints coming loose or warping or cracks beyond the normal movement of solid wood, for example doors or drawers that no longer close properly), the finish (oil, lacquer or paint) and the hardware (drawer runners, hinges and metal parts). If a covered defect appears, you can choose repair or replacement, at our cost including transport. We may use the other remedy only if the one you chose is impossible or would cost us disproportionately more. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we refund the price you paid. Where possible and you agree, we repair the piece in your home: we send you replacement parts or a local craftsperson. Not covered: damage caused by accidents, misuse or unsuitable care (for example harsh cleaning products or standing water), normal wear of the surface from daily use (for example oil or lacquer worn where hands and objects touch it), and the natural features of wood described in point 5. Defects of the finish itself, such as peeling, bubbling or uneven curing, are covered. To claim, e-mail or write to us at the address above with your order number, a description and, if possible, photos. We reply within 14 days. We bear all costs of the claim, including transport; send us receipts for any cost you paid and we refund it within 14 days. We give you this guarantee on a durable medium with your delivery, naming your piece and order number, in the language of your store version, and always in French, Spanish, Italian or Polish for deliveries to France, Spain, Italy or Poland respectively. In France it is titled "contrat de garantie commerciale" and includes the box in Annex 1. As the producer's guarantee of durability (Article L. 217-23 of the French Consumer Code), we carry it out in France under the same conditions as the legal guarantee of conformity: you choose repair or replacement, free of charge, within 30 days of your claim and without major inconvenience to you. For goods supplied in Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. It is extra: if a piece does not conform with the contract, the law gives you remedies against us as the seller, free of charge and at our cost, including shipping, transport, labour and materials (points 1-3), and this guarantee does not limit or otherwise affect them. The benefits given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under a law in relation to the goods. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
  5. Natural wood. Solid wood is a natural material. Grain, knots and shade differ from piece to piece, change with light and age, and the wood moves with humidity. We show this on our product pages. These natural features are normal for solid wood. Whether a piece is defective is judged by what you can reasonably expect from solid wood furniture of this kind: if your piece differs from our description or photos by more than these natural features, or has a defect, points 1-3 apply. This does not limit your statutory rights.

8. Business customers

  1. Sections 6 and 7 points 1-3 apply to consumers and to sole traders with consumer rights (section 1 point 4), and to anyone the law of their country treats as a consumer.
  2. Other business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal, and our 30-day return (section 6) does not apply to them unless we agree otherwise in writing. Instead of the statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia), which we exclude under Article 558 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code, business customers have our guarantee (section 7 point 4). If a piece arrives damaged, is not what you ordered or has parts missing, we repair or replace it, deliver the missing parts or refund the price. Please inspect the goods on delivery and tell us in writing (e-mail is enough) about visible damage, a wrong item or missing parts within 7 days of delivery, and about a hidden defect within 14 days of finding it; otherwise these rights expire, unless we knew about the problem or concealed it. Towards business customers we are not liable for lost profit, and our total liability for damages arising from one order, whatever the legal basis, is limited to the price of that order. These limits do not apply to damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, to death or personal injury, to liability for dangerous products, or where the applicable law does not allow a limitation, and they do not reduce our duties under the guarantee. This point does not apply to buyers in Australia or New Zealand, or to buyers who are consumers under the US Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
  3. For business customers, Polish law applies, in particular the Polish Civil Code. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna, 11 April 1980, CISG) does not apply (Article 6 of the Convention).

9. Website services and personal data

  1. On our website you can use free services: a customer account, the newsletter, the contact form and product reviews.
  2. Customer account. The account agreement starts when you finish registration. You can end it any time by asking us to delete the account. We may end it for an important reason with 14 days' notice by e-mail - if we close customer accounts or the shop, or if the law or a decision of an authority requires it - or at once if you seriously break these terms. Newsletter: you can unsubscribe with the link in each e-mail.
  3. You need a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge, with JavaScript and cookies on. Using the internet carries risks such as malware or phishing, so keep your browser up to date. We never ask for your password or card details by e-mail or phone; pay only in our checkout or through a payment link we send you from hello@mowoodwork.com.
  4. Do not post unlawful content, advertising or false information in reviews or messages. To report content you consider illegal, e-mail hello@mowoodwork.com with the page link, your reason, your name and e-mail, and a statement that your report is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. If we remove or restrict your content, we tell you why and how you can challenge our decision. Our single point of contact for users and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act is hello@mowoodwork.com, in English or Polish.
  5. Reviews. We publish only reviews from customers who bought from us: our review app (Judge.me) checks each review against an order in our shop. We do not write, buy or commission fake reviews, and we remove reviews we find to be fake. To report a review you think is fake, e-mail hello@mowoodwork.com. A review is not a complaint; to complain, see section 7.
  6. Complaints about these services: e-mail us, and we reply within 14 days.
  7. How we use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
  8. Accessibility. We want everyone to be able to use our shop. If anything is hard to use, contact us and we help you order by e-mail or phone.

10. Disputes, law and changes

  1. If something goes wrong, write to us first. We try to solve every problem together with you.
  2. Polish law applies. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live; where that law gives you more, you get the more favourable right. You may bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
  3. Out-of-court help. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body, including a German consumer conciliation body (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle). For Norway, see Annex 1. If we cannot settle your complaint, we confirm this to you on paper or by e-mail within 14 days. Consumers in Poland can ask a municipal consumer ombudsman or the Trade Inspection for help. Consumers in other EU countries can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.
  4. Language. These terms are available in the language of each store version. The contract is concluded in the language of the store version you order in. If you live in Poland and we deliver to Poland, we conclude the contract in Polish, and these terms, the guarantee and invoices are in Polish; for Polish citizens, the Polish version prevails. If you are not a Polish citizen, you may ask us to conclude the contract in another language you know, after we inform you of your right to Polish. If we deliver to France, you also receive these terms, the guarantee and your invoice in French. For Norway and Spain, see Annex 1.
  5. Changes. We may change these terms only for these reasons: a change in the law or a court or authority decision that applies to us, a change of our payment or delivery providers, or technical changes to our website. We announce changes 14 days in advance on our website and by e-mail to account holders, who can delete their account before the change. Each order follows the terms valid on the day it was placed.
  6. These terms are always available at mowoodwork.com/pages/regulations, where you can save or print them.

Annex 1 - Rights in your country

These clauses add to the terms above. They never reduce your rights.

United Kingdom. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you can reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Instead, or after that, you can ask for a repair or replacement. If that fails, is impossible or takes too long, you can ask for a price reduction or reject the goods for a refund; in the first 6 months we make no deduction for use. A fault that appears within 6 months of delivery is presumed to have been there at delivery, unless we prove otherwise. You can bring a claim up to 6 years after delivery in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and in Scotland up to 5 years, which may count from when you found, or could have found, the problem. For our 30-day return (section 6), you pay the direct return cost in section 6 point 5, unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

United States. We ship within the production time shown on the product page when you ordered, counted from receipt of your payment or advance (for "8-12 weeks", within 12 weeks); for a custom piece, within the time in your quote. If we cannot, we tell you before that time, give you a new shipping date or tell you why we cannot give one, and you choose: accept the delay or cancel. If the new date is no more than 30 days later and you do not reply, we treat this as your agreement, but you can still cancel at any time before we ship. If the delay is longer or has no date, we ship only if you agree within 30 days after the original shipping time; otherwise your order is cancelled. If we then cannot ship by the new date either, we ship only if you agree to the further delay before that date; otherwise your order is cancelled. If you agree to a delay without a date, you can still cancel at any time before we ship. If your order is cancelled in any of these cases, we refund everything you paid within 7 business days. Our guarantee in section 7 point 4 is a LIMITED WARRANTY: for buyers in the United States, we choose whether to repair or replace the piece or refund the price. We do not exclude or limit implied warranties. Import duties are included in the price, and you pay nothing on delivery. If a carrier still asks you for any duty, tax or fee, contact us: we pay it or refund it to you.

Australia. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Custom pieces cannot be returned if you only change your mind; this does not affect your rights if a piece is faulty or not as described. If you buy for your business, you may also be a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

New Zealand. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, and nothing in these terms excludes them.

Norway. The law gives you 14 days to withdraw; we give you 30 (section 6). Custom pieces cannot be returned. For goods meant to last much longer than 2 years, such as furniture, you can complain about a defect for up to 5 years after delivery. Please tell us within a reasonable time after you find a defect; 2 months is always in time. A defect that appears within 2 years of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless we prove otherwise. If you live in Norway, you get the pre-order information, these terms, the withdrawal form and your order confirmation in Norwegian, and the Norwegian version applies. If we cannot agree, you can ask Forbrukertilsynet for mediation and then take the case to Forbrukerklageutvalget.

Switzerland. If you live in Switzerland and buy for personal or family use, Swiss law applies to your contract instead of Polish law, whatever the price of your order. You can sue us in Switzerland or in Poland; we can sue you only in Switzerland. Swiss law gives no right to withdraw from an online purchase; our 30-day return (section 6) is a voluntary offer. If we offered you the contract by phone or video call, or at your home or workplace, without you asking for it, you can also withdraw within 14 days, including for a custom piece. The 14 days start when you have ordered and received our dated order summary with this information. You can withdraw in any form, for example by e-mail to hello@mowoodwork.com or by post to the address in section 1 point 1; sending it on the last day is enough. You have the statutory warranty for defects for 2 years from delivery: you can cancel the purchase or get a price reduction, or ask us to repair or replace the piece (section 7). Please tell us about a defect as soon as you find it.

Iceland. For goods meant to last much longer than usual, such as furniture, you can complain about a defect for up to 5 years after delivery. If we cannot agree, you can contact Kærunefnd vöru- og þjónustukaupa.

France. The box below sets out your legal guarantees under French law, as required by Article D. 211-2 of the French Consumer Code. It is the official French text, unchanged, in every language version of these terms.

1° Le professionnel refuse de réparer ou de remplacer le bien ;

2° La réparation ou le remplacement du bien intervient après un délai de trente jours ;

3° La réparation ou le remplacement du bien occasionne un inconvénient majeur pour le consommateur, notamment lorsque le consommateur supporte définitivement les frais de reprise ou d'enlèvement du bien non conforme, ou s'il supporte les frais d'installation du bien réparé ou de remplacement ;

Spain. We are responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within 3 years of delivery. A lack of conformity that appears within 2 years of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless we prove otherwise. You can bring a claim up to 5 years after it appears.
