MoWoodwork Scheduler - Privacy Policy

MoWoodwork Scheduler is an internal tool operated by Mo Woodwork (“we”, “us”) that creates, schedules, and publishes our own content (Pins and boards) on our own Pinterest business account through the Pinterest API. This policy explains how the tool handles data obtained through the Pinterest API.

1. Use of the Pinterest API

We use the Pinterest API solely to create, publish and schedule our own content (Pins and boards) on the connected Pinterest account and — for our own account — to retrieve basic performance metrics for that content.

2. Authorization (OAuth only)

We access the Pinterest account only through Pinterest’s OAuth authorization flow. We never collect, request, or store Pinterest login credentials (username or password).

3. Data we store — and do not store

We do not store or cache any data read through the Pinterest API; where such data is needed we request it from the Pinterest API in real time. The only Pinterest-related data we retain is: (a) the OAuth access/refresh token required to operate the integration, stored securely; and (b) our own records of the Pins that our tool has published (identifiers and the content we generated).

4. Purpose limitation

We use Pinterest data solely to provide the content-scheduling service for the connected account. We do not use it for any other purpose.

5. Deletion on disconnect

When the integration is disconnected, or access is revoked on the Pinterest account side, we permanently delete the associated access token and any Pinterest-derived data from our systems.

6. No sharing or selling

We never sell, resell, share, redistribute, or bundle Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data with any third party, data broker, or advertising network.

7. Security

We protect the stored access token with industry-standard security measures against unauthorized access, disclosure, or use.

MoWoodwork Scheduler is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. “Pinterest” is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc.

We may update this policy; the current version is always available at this URL.
