YRKE - Mid-century dining table with bench - Solid oak
Product description
Key facts
- YRKE is a mid-century dining table with bench in solid oak, with one or two backless benches that slide fully under the table.
- Table sizes are 120/140/160/180/200 × 80/90 × 75 cm (47.2/55.1/63.0/70.9/78.7 × 31.5/35.4 × 29.5 in).
- Benches measure 85/105/125/145/165 × 37 × 45 cm (33.5/41.3/49.2/57.1/65.0 × 14.6 × 17.7 in), and they fit underneath.
- Solid oak tabletop and legs receive matte hard wax oil protection.
- Handmade from scratch, it ships with disassembled legs; assembly takes up to 10 minutes.
The YRKE set was designed with smart space management in mind. Replacing traditional chairs with a bench gives the dining area a more spacious feel, while the ability to slide the seating completely under the table allows you to restore perfect order with a single move.
This solution combines intimacy with functionality. A bench naturally accommodates more people without taking up precious floor space. Whether you choose one or two benches, we tailor their length perfectly to your table, creating a space ready for both quiet daily breakfasts and lively gatherings with loved ones.
The set is crafted from solid oak. The thoughtful construction and the natural weight of the wood guarantee stability, while the hard wax oil finish protects the surface against moisture and stains, preserving the tactile texture of the raw material. This is furniture built for generations - its surface can be easily refreshed over time to restore its original matte finish.
The calm, geometric form of YRKE does not dominate the interior but serves as a noble backdrop. It fits perfectly into raw Scandinavian styles, calm minimalist arrangements, or Mid-century Modern aesthetics.
Every piece is created from scratch in our workshop. Thanks to full control over the process - from the rigorous selection of timber to the final sanding - we ensure that superior construction goes hand in hand with impeccable form.
Each YRKE is built to order from scratch in our workshop in Poland, taking 7-10 weeks to complete. Selected models are also available off the shelf - check the Ready to Ship section for current stock. We pack the finished piece in secure, reinforced packaging and ship it free of charge to Sweden with trusted carriers like DHL Freight, DPD, and Schenker - every shipment is fully insured. Mo Woodwork furniture regularly arrives in Swedish homes, which is why the whole delivery process runs smoothly. The price shown is final and includes Swedish VAT (moms). Opinions
High quality, beautiful dining set and the best customer service I could have asked for. Speedy response to my questions and Dawid guided me every step of the way to address some shipping issues with FedEx. Highly recommended!
We’ve finally purchased this table & bench set in white oak, and these beautiful pieces are all that we had hoped for- simple yet elegant! The color and minimalistic design made it possible for this set to fit in our not-so-big living room perfectly. All of my family members have been gathering here throughout the day, bringing their favorite/ must-do work to do, eat, and play!
We were at first a bit nervous about making this big online furniture purchase through Etsy, but Team Mo made it trusting and easy for us. They were very patient and responsive to all the emails & questions we had, and shipping was quite thorough and punctual. Like others said in their reviews, putting the parts together was extremely well thought out and easy!
We highly recommend it!
I ordered a table and a bench, both are wonderfully beautiful and exactly as described, also easy to assemble. Thank you very much!
Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship. The table arrived well before we thought it would, Dawid was in constant contact with us throughout the process. The table and bench look perfect in our space and honestly they are both even more gorgeous in real life!
We are in Love with the Table and the Bench!! Top quality and communication. All is perfect ♥️
Lovely table! Incredibly happy with it. We have two small children and was worried about purchasing a wooden table but the oak is sealed in hard wax in a matt finish. The hard wax makes the table very easy to wipe yet still has a natural look and really enchanses the wood. Communication with seller was great and table and bench came packed very well. Would highly recommend !!
