YUKI - Small kitchen dining table - Solid Oak

YUKI is a round dining table made from solid oak and designed for four people. The 120 cm diameter tabletop provides comfortable space for everyday meals, morning coffee, and longer gatherings. Its round shape allows everyone to sit close together, without a clear division between two sides of the table.

We make the tabletop from solid oak and brush its surface to bring out the natural texture of the wood. The grain remains clearly visible and can also be gently felt beneath the hand. We preserve the natural differences between individual boards, giving each table its own arrangement of grain and shades. Over time, the oak develops a warmer, subtly honey-toned colour. The entire table is protected with matte hard wax oil, which protects the surface without sealing the wood beneath a thick layer of lacquer.

The four legs are set at a slight angle to provide stable support without giving the table a heavy silhouette. A full-length groove is cut into the inner side of each leg. This detail makes the legs appear slimmer and is most visible from the side when walking past the table.

The legs are connected by a round, bent frame made from solid oak. Its line brings order to the construction and conceals the assembly points. The tabletop is bevelled underneath, making the edge appear thinner while remaining a solid element made from real wood. A concealed V-shaped steel support underneath increases stability without introducing visible technical elements.

The table is 75 cm high, while 67 cm of clearance below the tabletop allows many chair designs to slide comfortably underneath. After a meal, the chairs can be moved closer to the table, leaving more space to walk around it. This is particularly useful in smaller dining rooms, kitchen areas, and open-plan living spaces.

In solid oak, YUKI has a light and calm appearance. It pairs naturally with ceramics, stone, linen, wool, and muted colours, but does not require the entire interior to follow one particular style. It is a simple table for everyday use - visually light, stable, and made from wood that will gradually develop a warmer colour over time.
