YUKI - Round dining table - Solid Oak (Black)

The black version of YUKI is a round dining table designed for four people. We make it from solid oak and finish it with matte black water-based lacquer. The dark colour gives it a more defined appearance, but the open base and carefully balanced proportions prevent the table from feeling heavy.

The 120 cm diameter tabletop is brushed before the lacquer is applied. This means the oak texture does not disappear completely beneath the colour - it remains subtly visible and can still be felt beneath the hand. The surface retains the character of real wood, while its natural colour variation gives way to a consistent black finish.

The four legs are set at a slight angle to support the tabletop securely while leaving plenty of open space underneath. A full-length groove is cut into the inner side of each leg. This makes the legs appear slimmer and gives the construction a lighter appearance, particularly when viewed from the side.

The legs are connected by a round, bent frame made from solid oak. Its line follows the shape of the tabletop and conceals the assembly points. The tabletop is bevelled underneath, making its edge appear thinner while remaining a solid element made from real wood. A concealed V-shaped steel support reinforces it from below without introducing visible brackets.

YUKI is 75 cm high and provides 67 cm of clearance below the tabletop. This allows comfortable seating and makes it possible to slide many chair designs underneath when they are not in use. With a diameter of 120 cm, four people have enough room for tableware, while the round shape makes conversation easier and keeps everything within reach.

The black version works well in both light and darker interiors. Against pale walls or flooring, it creates a clear contrast. In a more muted setting, it pairs naturally with stone, metal, natural wood, and textiles. It is the most defined version of YUKI, while retaining the same simple proportions, everyday comfort, and solid construction.
